The Marine Innovations 1 Year Guarantee

All Marine Innovation products come with a 1 year guarantee (subject to terms and conditions).  This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, the legal rights and remedies that you will have, free of charge, against the person who sold you a Marine Innovations product (which may or may not be Marine Innovations Ltd), which includes certain legal rights and remedies in connection with defective products and/or products not provided in accordance with your contact with that person.

 

What’s not covered

There are some circumstances in which a Marine Innovations guarantee doesn’t cover the repair or replacement of one of our products.  They are;

 Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time

• Accidental damage

• Damage as a result of misuse

• Failures caused by circumstances outside of Marine Innovations’ control

 

Guarantee terms and conditions

• The guarantee becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later)

• You must provide proof of delivery / purchase before any repair / replacement can take place. 

• The repair or replacement of the product under guarantee will not extend the period of the guarantee

• The guarantee provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

• The Marine Innovations guarantee is provided by Marine Innovations Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under the company number 14534009 and with our registered office at  Marine Innovations Limited, 4 Park Lane, Burton Waters, Lincoln LN1 2WP, United Kingdom.  Our VAT number is 435 4041 22
